One day, not so long ago, in a distant land, a Legion class strategic cruiser, piloted by Fafer, was returning home after the battle with its fleet, however it lost the pace and has fallen behind in the Vlillirier system of the Placid region, due to a mysterious technical malfunction.
All the fleet was able to pick from the fleet comms was partially decrypted audio message "... ...! ... dc, ... leave and .. home ... catch up later, ... ...".
Shortly after, the vessel was attacked by a pirate gang, spelling doom for the malfunctioning ship. However, a strange phenomena occurred, evidenced by the CONCORD automated surveillance system. Incorrect and inconclusive partial record of the pirate attack
shows vessel destroyed, while in reality the ship has become miraculously invulnerable. Military experts call this rare phenomena a "ghost ship".

Eyewitnesses confirmed that they were able to observe and record the phenomena for many hours before the ship disappeared, thus giving the birth to the legend of
the Ghost Legion.

The vessel itself has been located again the day after, while docking in the top station and to this day its still there, serving as a monument to the events.
Many experts speculate that the event had some disruptive and freezing effects to highly advanced and sensitive information systems, one recorded incident happened roughly around the time when the vessel docked and the information system ceased to process the input data streams. Strangely, incident involves another Legion class vessel.
Factions of the Amarrian priesthood, supported by some members of the Kador family of The House Kador, claim that Fafer has been touched by the God itself, heated debates about the subject still ongoing behind the closed chamber doors in the Innner Sanctum of The Theology Council. Others say that maybe Fafer was a ghost all along, or, that the ship was saved by Chuck Norris, or oversimplifying by saying that Baron Samedi was preoccupied by other things at the time. Some mystics and seers claim that while being ghosted, Fafer received the vision from the Universe itself, and conferred with various other ghosts and mystical forces, and while the exact details of the vision
are either secret or not yet revealed, the time itself may reveal more.
