-JF Pilot (Will be supported by a security force)
-Mission runners with high standing with Federation Navy
-PvP Players who enjoy 0.0 roams in Battlecruisers or smaller
-Miners who enjoy talking over Skype or Ventrilo while mining, and would like to see a new region
-Exploration pilots and wormhole specialists
-Industry and Manufacturing pilots
