A corporation of Angel Cartel loyalist pilots, Ghost Festival prowls through space, eliminating or ransoming capsuleer targets that more conventional craft are ill-suited to handle. Despite its name, derived (perhaps with irony aforethought) from an Achur religious celebration, Ghost Festival mirrors its Cartel associates by accepting members from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. All that is demanded is the intelligence, skill, discretion, loyalty, and moral callousness necessary for the work.
