To be part of IMPSS is to be a team player. A lot of organizations claim to work as a team, but fail in the realization. This is not the case with Imperial Tau Syndicate. Whether it be mining Arkanor in a wormhole, or nullsec roams, we do it as a team. IMPSS Requirements:
Use of Voice comms (Team Speak 3) for both day to day activity as well as ops. We have headsets and use them.
Willingness to participate with the membership and ops
3.5 Million Skill points (We do make exceptions to this, convo us up)
